Glass lid 28cm, diameter 18/10 steel rim
Lids are available in most sizes and the sizes are consistent, so if you
have a 24 cm frypan and a 24 cm casserole, you only need one 24 cm lid.
Lids have a knob with a steam release feature which can be open or
closed at will for cooking control. If you want to thicken your sauce,
open the vent etc
They are oven safe
